Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use QuantC. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use QuantC only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to distribute illegal, copyrighted, or malicious material, including malware, ransomware, or any content that violates applicable laws.

Prohibited Content

In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
• Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner;
• Harms minors in any way;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
• Violates any law for the time being in force;
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates information that is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
• Impersonates another person;
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or is insulting to any other nation;
• Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause injury to any person.

Service Limitations

While we strive for high availability, QuantC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to limit file sizes, transfer speeds, or access to the service at any time to maintain platform stability.

User Responsibility

Since we do not store encryption keys, you are solely responsible for securely communicating the key phrase to your recipient. Loss of the key phrase results in permanent loss of access to the encrypted data.

Takedown & Content Removal

Upon receiving a valid court order or notification from an authorized government agency under the Information Technology Act, 2000, QuantC will remove or disable access to the specified content within 36 hours, or within 24 hours in the case of content depicting non-consensual intimate imagery. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuantC, its creators, operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
